Introducing Sian Murphy, one of our Inclusive Access Consultants.

Having started at Knisco in May 2021, Sian was a sharp addition to the Disability Access team. She is highly educated, precise, organised, analytical, and very down to earth.

We conducted a mini interview with Sian to provide a window into her world at Knisco.

What is the best part about your job?

Working on lots of different types of buildings and improving accessibility around Brisbane.

Where are you from? I grew up in Cairns and moved to Brisbane about 12 years ago for university.

Where did you go to school? I went to school in Cairns and then to the University of Queensland, where I studied both a Bachelor and Masters of Architecture.

What’s a fun fact about you many people may not know? I’ve got my open water PADI and I love to scuba dive!

Are you currently studying? Currently working towards becoming a registered architect.
